I've spent much of my career trying to understand how things work within an organization: the people, the processes, the systems, and the connections between them.
Over time, I discovered that I enjoy not only identifying problems and finding solutions, but also building those solutions myself. That's how I came to combine my business experience with software development.
I'm drawn to projects that give me the opportunity to learn something new, experiment, and turn an idea into something useful. I'm not interested in technology just for the sake of technology, but rather in what we can achieve with it.
